Jeff Guberman

Jeff Guberman is the CEO of McVeigh Global Meetings and Events and was instrumental in the formation of the new company. He brought together a unique combination of skill sets and services in McVeigh Global Meetings and Events, WorldTek Events and McVeigh Associates. He has a deliberate vision to lead the company through the implementation of efficiency initiatives and growth strategies.

Jeff’s industry success is evident throughout his prosperous history of founding and leading McVeigh Global Meetings and Events (a meeting and events company catering to Fortune 1000 clientele), Dynamic Drape and Décor (a drapery rental company to the events industry sold in 2014) and Formset (a scenery rental business to the events industry sold in 2016).

Jeff is a graduate of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program and applies his learnings to help his team of professionals achieve new levels of success.

Joe Fijol

With more than 20 years in the industry, Joe experienced planning from the incentive, cruise, resort, and DMC perspectives prior to opening 360’s Florida offices. This broad range of experience, combined with his well-established relationships in the Florida market, ensure clients receive the highest level of expert service.

Joe and his 360 Florida team cover all five markets in the state, as well as unique and lesser-known locations, like Amelia Island. His penchant for organization and hyperawareness of every little detail (combined with his abundant energy) make working with Joe an experience you won’t soon forget. 

Kevin White, CSEP

Kevin White has been a storyteller his entire life. That love of capturing attention and engaging people is what brought him to a decades-long career in experiential design. In 2011 he founded XPL, a boundary-pushing agency that delivers bold, powerful live events that transform audiences around the world.

Kevin’s commitment to his industry is demonstrated by his willingness to give back. He was selected by his peers to serve as international president of the International Live Events Association (ILEA). He currently teaches event students through the Event Leadership Institute and has been a professor at New York University. He has a penchant for travel, is incredibly loud and loves to witness great stories.
