What Makes a Good Leader?

How would you classify yourself as a leader or boss? Is your management style more approachable as a friend? Perhaps a more authoritative traditional managerial role fits? Does managing events bring out the team cheerleader? Not one style of management is right for all business leaders, though as we hear from ELI’s Mavericks, sometimes finding the right leadership role is a game of trial and error, while others fall naturally into their element. Regardless of your style, this course will help to define similar characteristics and traits which are inherent to good leadership.
