DEI Reimagined: Forging the Path to Sustainable Inclusivity Training

COURSE OVERVIEW 

“DEI Reimagined” is a three-part series course that offers an in-depth approach to building sustainable diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) within organizations. Part 1 is a live micro-session that challenges traditional DEI strategies and introduces innovative ways to create lasting inclusivity. Through interactive discussions, participants explore the limitations of current DEI models and examine how equity and inclusivity can drive innovation. Activities include reflecting on mindset shifts to foster inclusivity and brainstorming on overcoming DEI challenges related to remote work, generational diversity, and intersectionality.

Part 2 is a self-guided workshop where participants create a personalized roadmap for DEI within their organizations. This includes identifying challenges, setting immediate and long-term goals, and crafting strategies for overcoming obstacles. Participants reflect on their leadership roles in advancing DEI and outline specific actions to ensure sustained progress. Part 3 concludes with a live Q&A session, where participants share experiences, address challenges, and receive feedback on their roadmaps to ensure successful DEI implementation. The series promotes accountability and the practical application of DEI initiatives for cultural transformation.

    Creating a Roadmap for Sustainable Inclusivity – On Demand

    This self-guided workshop is a continuation of the live session, “DEI Reimagined: Forging the Path to Sustainable Inclusivity.” Participants will now develop a personalized roadmap for implementing DEI strategies discussed during the session. This workshop will help solidify the learning by creating actionable steps which can implemented within their organization. Through reflection, goal-setting, and strategic planning, participants will create a comprehensive plan for driving sustainable inclusivity.

    After participants complete the live session and the self-guided workshop on creating a DEI roadmap, the final step is a live Q&A and discussion session.

    This session is designed to bring everything together, allowing participants to share their experiences, ask questions, and receive guidance on the roadmap they’ve developed. It provides an opportunity for deeper engagement, peer learning, and problem-solving to ensure they feel equipped to implement their DEI strategies.
