Objective:

If you are a part of meetings that revolve around the health sciences, medical or life sciences fields, you know you have an uncertain future ahead. Medical meetings have mostly canceled, postponed, or have been converted into virtual meetings in 2020 due to the Coronavirus crisis.  It is a tough pivot to undergo significant transformations—changing how staffers communicate, adding necessary flexibility in responding and adapting to new demands for meeting formats and styles, canceling, and rescheduling contracts,—all while navigating complex compliance laws and regulations. This webinar will focus on the effects of the Coronavirus on planning medical/life science meetings in the future and discuss how we might weather the storm.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Updates on the status of medical meetings in the U.S and Europe
  • Changing regulations as a result of the pandemic
  • Virtual meetings and the rapid release of new technology
  • Legal disclaimers and new Force Majeure language
