CK SWETT

Co-Founder, International Auctioneer | Lot 1

CK Swett, a California native and Duke University graduate, began his career in the auction world in 2006, and has worked at Christie’s, Phillips and Heritage during the intervening twelve years. In 2016, he founded Lot 1 with former Christie’s colleague, Charles Antin, in order to better address the critical importance of not-for-profit fundraising. He has conducted charity auctions for Rihanna, the Clinton Foundation, and Muhammad Ali’s 70th birthday fundraiser at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, among a range of more than 500 events worldwide.

With in-person charity galas suspended indefinitely, CK has pivoted to helping his clients adapt and innovate. Through a combination of virtual fundraisers — hosted through Zoom, Facebook, and other platforms — newsletters, podcasts, and countless brainstorm sessions, he is committed to finding bespoke solutions for his non-profit partners.
