Marrah Thomas

Marrah Thomas is Head of Experiences for Personalization and Loyalty Strategy at
Bank of America. Her greatest passion is to bring experiences to life that are
meaningful to clients, by helping them understand the value and richness of their
relationship with our company. As a strategic thinker and a collaborative partner,
she exceeds client expectations and continues to grow the business responsibly.

Prior to this role, she led events for Consumer & Small Business at Bank of
America where she was responsible for the end-to-end design and
implementation of internal and external events for executives including strategic
planning, cause marketing, media relations and operations, brand, vendor and
budget management.

Marrah is curious, so it is fitting that that was an adjunct instructor at Johnson
and Wales University in Charlotte, NC and is currently an adjunct instructor at
University of California, Los Angeles.

Outside of work, Marrah is active in her community and volunteers at several
organizations including Real Time Rescue, Southern California Bulldog Rescue,
Boys and Girls Club Santa Monica and Project Angel Food.

She lives in Los Angeles, California, but still is an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan.
