How can you turn your client’s vision into event reality when those clients can’t quite articulate what their visions are? Sasha Souza has created a unique list of non-event specific questions to ask your clients that will help you identify the look and feel they seek. You’ll hear the 10 unique questions she asks them, and what each question tells her about their desired style. Next you’ll see how she creates Inspiration Boards for each client, and ultimately how these are manifested in specific event elements. Sasha will share several case studies from actual events to demonstrate this process.Learning Outcomes

Sasha Souza
Growing up in the San Francisco Bay Area, Sasha Souza was raised by a flower-child mom who encouraged her daughter’s flair for the dramatic. Cultivating a background in the theater arts, Sasha emerged as a businesswoman with a gift for theatrical styling and, after helping numerous friends and family members plan their weddings, she opened her first event design firm called The Whole Shebang!. Today she is an event scholar, designing events and weddings the same way a Broadway producer approaches a play — she makes sure that the stars shine and the audience/guests always go home wanting more.
