Communicating Across Generations is designed to help professionals enhance communication across generations within their teams.

In Part 1*, a 90-minute online interactive session, participants explore the unique communication styles of different generations, from Traditionalists to Generation Z. Through presentations, discussions, and group activities, they identify common barriers such as stereotypes and technology gaps. The session emphasizes actionable strategies to overcome these challenges and promote inclusivity and collaboration. Key takeaways include adapting communication methods, creating effective feedback loops, and celebrating generational strengths.

Part 2 is a self-guided on-demand session where participants build on the insights from Part 1 to develop a personalized roadmap for improving cross-generational communication. Through reflection and exercises, they identify challenges, create adaptable strategies, and design feedback systems to ensure inclusivity across all age groups.

Part 3* culminates in a live online Q&A session, allowing participants to share their experiences, refine their plans, and seek advice on overcoming challenges. The series concludes with a focus on the ongoing refinement of communication strategies to foster long-term, effective generational collaboration.

    In this live Q&A session, participants will have the opportunity to discuss and refine the generational communication plans they developed during the self-guided session. The focus will be on sharing experiences, addressing challenges, and receiving feedback on the strategies they’ve implemented or plan to implement.
