With over 19 years of experience in the events and audiovisual industry, Juan “Chuck” Perez has established himself as a highly respected leader within Encore (formerly PSAV). Chuck’s journey with the company began as a technician, where he honed his expertise in AV technology and event support. His dedication, technical skills, and commitment to delivering exceptional service led him to progressively take on greater responsibilities.

Today, as the Senior Director of Sales at one of Encore’s largest serviced venues, Chuck oversees all sales operations, working closely with clients and teams to ensure successful, seamless events. His ability to blend deep industry knowledge with a client-focused approach has made him a valuable asset to both his clients and the Encore team. Throughout his career, Chuck has been instrumental in driving growth, cultivating strong client relationships, and ensuring the highest standards of service at one of the most high-profile locations within the Encore portfolio.

Tammy Moore, CMP, CMM, is a leader in events and education with 22+ years of experience. As Senior Director of Product Innovation at PCMA, she drives learning initiatives that empower professionals. She holds CMP and CMM certifications.

At KPMG US, Tammy led teams managing $100M+ in event spend and streamlining processes for 120 professionals. Her leadership fostered collaboration, achieving high retention and internal mobility rates.

Tammy teaches Advanced Event Design & Strategy for the Event Leadership Institute. Recognized for strategic vision, she has led initiatives like KPMG Lakehouse, a $450M innovation center, showcasing her commitment to professional growth and development.
