At KPMG US, Tammy led teams managing $100M+ in event spend and streamlining processes for 120 professionals. Her leadership fostered collaboration, achieving high retention and internal mobility rates.

Tammy teaches Advanced Event Design & Strategy for the Event Leadership Institute. Recognized for strategic vision, she has led initiatives like KPMG Lakehouse, a $450M innovation center, showcasing her commitment to professional growth and development.

Marley is the founder of Purpose Sustainability Strategy and Purpose Net Zero, simplifying event and travel emissions management. A GRI Certified Sustainability Professional, she integrates climate knowledge with event planning. She also leads THE BLUEPRINT, a podcast fostering inner connection for environmental action. Inspired by meditation, her child, and the earth, Marley founded PURPOSE.

Virginie is an experienced professional who has held various roles in business development, international trade, and project management. Virginie holds a Masters of Science in Engineering in Agriculture and is a Certified International Trade Professional.
