Kadejah Omokaro, MBA, DES is a Tennessee native, who currently resides in the DMV area as the Manager of Conferences and Events at the National Head Start Association. Obtaining a Public Health degree from Middle Tennessee State University and Master of Business Administration from the University of Maryland Global Campus, Kadejah has been able to combine her purpose and talents to develop a passion for meeting and events in the non-profit sector. She specializes in attendee experience, community engagement, and partnerships to truly maximize event value. As an awardee of PCMA’s Class of 2023 Twenties in their 20s, Kadejah inspires to motivate young professionals in the industry to continue to share their talents, amplify their voice, and chase their goals. When she isn’t wearing her planner’s hat, Kadejah enjoys reading with her book club, trips to her local beauty store, and trying new restaurants.
