Zach Overton recently joined Google to lead retail partner marketing for North America. Previously, he was Vice President of Brand and Customer Experience & General Manager of Samsung 837, responsible for developing creative marketing initiatives, innovative partnerships, and driving the strategy behind Samsung’s dynamic and often never-been-done-before, culturally relevant activations across the country. He was recently named a leading voice in the Global Public Relations Industry in the Holmes Report Innovator 25 List and was a recipient of the 2018 Marketers That Matter Award.
As General Manager, he successfully launched Samsung 837, the world’s first consumer technology playground and cultural hub, and expanded it through robust programming and by carefully curating the space to ensure that it embodies a connected way of life, underscoring the positive impact that Samsung’s ecosystem of products can have on everyday life.
