Courtney Mesmer is an expert in curating the ultimate customer experience. Throughout her career, she has designed and delivered events and products that engage targeted audiences and expand brand recognition. She has brought people together within various business communities, supplying digital platforms that accelerate learning, innovation and collaboration on a global scale. Navigating her way through business transformation, evolving technologies, government policy and the global pandemic, Courtney uses her quiet influence, strategic insights and resourcefulness to make significant social impact.

In her current role as Vice President of Events, Courtney leads the event strategy, management and execution for employees serving more than 20,000 members and subscribers worldwide. 

 Prior to her work with WorldatWork, Courtney worked with Finseca, the American Telemedicine Association and the American College of Cardiology, where she designed interactive, memorable experiences for event attendees. She built a reputation as a champion of innovation for education programs in terms of delivery, design, structure and available technologies. 

 Courtney holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and is credentialed as a Digital Event Strategist (DES), Certified Event Designer (CED), and Certified Meeting Professional (CMP). She has held numerous Board positions and leadership roles with the Junior League of Washington (JLW) and built the Capital Celiac Organization from the ground up. She also recently was selected as a 2023 Changemaker by Meetings.Net and Meeting Professional of the Year 2023 by Smart Meetings.
