Patrice Webb

Patrice is a storyteller and organizational scientist on a mission to reframe narratives and reimagine what’s possible.  As a public affairs, public relations, and consumer engagement executive for more than 20 years, at organizations like Election Systems & Software, American Beverage Association, and Heineken USA, she knows the power of stories to shift beliefs, spark change, and change outcomes. Patrice is the founder and principal at Indwelling Consulting where she uses behavioral science to identify cognitive styles and hidden filters that people use to inform their choices and guide their decisions. She uses that understanding to tap into new ways to reach new audiences, solve big problems, shift mindsets, and grow businesses.

Her many achievements include operating at the Federal level to guide national agendas and creating a ground-breaking campaign that reduced full-calorie beverage consumption while growing water and low-calorie beverage consumption. Her work accelerated market growth by initiating “Urban Market Manager” teams who deepened retailer engagement and increased revenue streams.

“I know the power of stories to shift beliefs, spark change, and change outcomes.”
