Rob Wilcox is an accomplished individual with nearly two decades of experience in the meeting and event industry, bringing a creative perspective from his background in video production and graphic design. He has held various roles, supporting creative and digital teams, operations, and excels in creating solutions for complex event engagement.

Currently, Rob serves as the Director of Sales Engineering in the Digital Solutions department at Encore, where he leads a team of subject matter experts. Together, they consult and demonstrate digital platforms and solutions that leave clients with unforgettable event experiences.

Rob has a deep interest in event technologies that enhance the meeting and event experience. He finds joy in brainstorming and devising inventive applications for cutting-edge technologies such as Augmented Reality and Holograms, aiming to deliver content in a fresh, yet meaningful way.

Rob is also a co-founder of the enABLE Business Resource Group at Encore. Through this passionate group, he advocates for inclusivity in the workplace, particularly for individuals with neurological, functional, physical, and neurological differences.

Outside of work, Rob's world revolves around his cherished family. He shares a beautiful life with his loving wife Nicole and their beloved son Rian. Their home is filled with love, laughter, and the joyful presence of their four furry companions - two dogs named Eddie and Daisy, as well as two cats named Perkins and Oliver.
