Pandemic On-Site Protocol Training
The pandemic will impact gatherings for the coming months and years – with on-site staff playing a frontline role in monitoring, enforcing, and handling compliance with safety protocols and procedures.
This new course, produced in partnership with MPI, is designed to provide all front and back of the house on-site event staff – including volunteers, vendors, suppliers, and production crews – with the knowledge necessary to personally stay safe, guidance to identify and suppress risks, and skills to handle, mitigate and de-escalate non-compliance issues should they arise.
From internal and external team member preparedness to site assessment and managing guest logistics, this course provides all on-site team members with tactical knowledge to monitor and maintain a safe environment for all.
This is a three-hour online training session, which can be completed in entirety or over 7 days. The training session also includes a scheduled one-hour Ask Me Anything (AMA) with the course instructor and an online forum to ask pressing questions.
A digital badge and certificate of completion will be awarded upon successfully passing the exam. Additionally, this class is available for up to 3.0 CE Credits through the Events Industry Council (Domain G: Meeting or Event Design).
Want to go deeper in elevating your decision-making framework and event design strategy? ELI also offers the Pandemic Meeting & Event Design certificate course. In partnership with MPI, this six-week course is eligible for 20 CMP hours.
