Joe Pasterkiewicz
Joe Pasterkiewicz has been with Encore for 21 years in a few different role. Joe started his career with encore in 2003 as the Regional VP of Operations in Virginia. Then oversaw the DC and Mid-Atlantic region for 8 years. 10 years ago, Joe moved to the Miami and Caribbean region as the Regional VP of Operations. In 2022 Joe was promoted to take on the Event Infrastructure Services Department (EIS) which supports the company’s Rigging, Internet, Power and Design & Integrations teams. He is an avid angler and enjoys golf with our customers. His passion has always been in the hospitality industry. He started out in the restaurant business and was a classically trained chef at the Culinary Institute of America. He enjoys building strong relationships with his customers and is engaged in industry associations. He sits on the Board of the Greater Miami Beach Hotels Association and FRLH.

Tammy Moore, CMP, CMM, is a leader in events and education with 22+ years of experience. As Senior Director of Product Innovation at PCMA, she drives learning initiatives that empower professionals. She holds CMP and CMM certifications.
At KPMG US, Tammy led teams managing $100M+ in event spend and streamlining processes for 120 professionals. Her leadership fostered collaboration, achieving high retention and internal mobility rates.
Tammy teaches Advanced Event Design & Strategy for the Event Leadership Institute. Recognized for strategic vision, she has led initiatives like KPMG Lakehouse, a $450M innovation center, showcasing her commitment to professional growth and development.
